In people search, when i search for a name "mark" it showing around 40 results. The results were based on name, department, job title. The issue is the department matches are showing at top of the results instead of name matches. But other keywords like "ger"(germany) showing the correct order results like gerald and germany after that location matches. Any ideas please. so how to bring the name matches for mark at top most result? other things working fine except the keyword "mark".
