XML using WCF service and vs 2010

Hi I am creating xml using wcf service and visual studio 2010.I create xml and saves that xml ina temperory folder in service project..and i return this path to front end.i need to open this file in front end.But i cannot access this path in my application.What is the solution?otherwise how to open the xml without saving in temp folder..i am fed up with this .help me
