Have some opensource projects about OCR?

Has anybody developed Wince OCR software? Have some opensource project about this? And microsoft modi can be used in wince platform? I'm a new user about this, and my english is poor, help to get some suggestions! :)

I don't believe so. Google and sourceforge are your best places to look, but I doubt any open source solution is going to be terribly wonderful.
