Probably you need to use next versions of crystal reports. So you need to convert the reports. I'm not sure it'll work(like using crystal reports 9 in VS 2012), did you try that by referring crystal reports 9 assemblies in VS 2012? If it fails then you need to use next version of crystal reports(10 or 11)
