Reporting Service Error

This Error Appeared When deploy report through vs 2012

"The permissions granted to user 'Domain\User' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)" .

And the same error also appeared after calling reporting service server URL through IE.

Thanks, Error Was because i didn't run IE as administrator
