adding entity in entity framework

Hi frends,

learning ef.

small basic doubt is
1. i was added 2 tables and 1 stored procedure.
later done=> right click on edmx file=> autocode generated. [done succes fully].

now if i was added a table again that table was not added to the edmx .
why.
is there i have to do any settings
can you help me in this .

Did you mean that to add the same table or u mean that SP was added but table was not added?

I think he tried to add an other table and it didn't work that time... If so verify that your table have a primary key EF don't like when there is now primary key on a table(I had issue with this in the past). If that is not the case tell us a bit more please.

thans for revert.i restated it was added later.
current doubt is
1. added one table and stored proce.
2.addcodegeneration item. this also fine.
3.if i added any table or sp again i do need code generation?.
if then 2 (model.tt/model1.tt) were creating.
shall we avoid this step. pls help me in this.
