Listview Column To MessageBoox

I'm going to be honest with you guys, i really need to know how to convert a specific listview column to a messagebox or to a textfile.

Im not sure how to do this and really need some help, i have searched endlessly online for how to do this but havnt came to a answer, i have researched this by the way and havn't found anything

Please be nice and help me

How to do what? It's impossible to convert a ListView column to a Messagebox. Now, if you were getting the selected value of a column in a ListView's selected item, you could use that IN a Messagebox so long as it's a string value.
