Google is your friend: Be nice and visit him often. He can answer questions a lot more quickly than posting them here...

A very quick search gave nearly 5 million hits: Google: vb access database[^]
That gives a link to a walkthrough on MSDN: How to: Create Connections to Access Databases[^] - which has links to all the other bits you need.
