auto email facility in website

i want to add auto email facility in my web site.
my website will be hosted on www.bigrock.com domain.
i don't know how to use email pack given by hosted site.
please help to resolve this problem.

What about speaking with them? You are having problems with their product

There are a lot of good professionals in Codeproject, but as far as I know there is not magician yet.
