Crystal Report database fields problem

I have taken a crystalreportviewer and connected to databade and trying to design a report
The Problem is i m taking a database field of some size but the data is longer than the size i want to set the autosize property of it

How Can I Do This?

Plz help!!!!!!!

Thankyou Thatraja, i have tried this option too. but it increases the no. of lines i.e., it increases height but i want to increase the width of it.
