how to bind the multiple series in scatter chart

dear sir,

i have an equipment value in x-axis. in y-axis i have a date. i need a graph between equipment weds date. my series of data like PM and BM. how can i get the series value in scatter chart? how can i bind the 2 series in scatter chart???
