Web Browser Disable Dialogs etc. Openfile, Save

I am trying to make a web browser targeted some web pages (include translate.google.com).When translate page there is a openfiledialog for translate files on system hard disk. I am asking is there way those dialog not shown or disable.

****I am trying to do very simple / simplificative webbrowser.

Not clear. Why "suppressing" some dialog when it would be the best not using any. What do you use for translation?

it is hard to explain while you are stranger a language. i want to disable dialogs like disabling task manager or somelike of this
