Extract content from video

Hi friends please help me to extract content from video using .net. It can be either in c# or vb.net. I searched in google. but i didn't get any clear idea regarding that. So pls help me in content extraction from video file

You can use DirectShow, ability to edit video/Audio is limited. Depending on your needs you may need to reference/import from (C++) DirectX. You could also try SharpDX (sharpdx.org), this is DirectX wrappers for managed code. As far as in ASP.net I'm not sure how you would go about this.

What you mean: "content from video"? What kind of "content"?
