in c# windows applications how to consume one application to another application

1)I have two applications A and B. when i debug the application B in any point i have silently consume A application. How to do that one.

2)In Asp.net web application consists of three pages(Default1,Default2 And Default3).I have consumed one control in Degault1.aspx. How to consume same control i remaining pages also.
