No.
Understandably, that would stomp massive holes into any security system, and render it pretty much worthless.

In case that you happened to forget your username and password for the SQL Server, there is a procedure for recovery. You need to start the SQL Server service in maintenance mode (-m parameter) while you are logged into its host with a local administrator account. That will allow you to access the settings of the SQL Server and change passwords and add or change users (no, it won't reveal an existing password, you can only change it).
