How to get the property of cusom folder in file system on target machine of project setup in c#

hi,
am creating setup for my project , in target machine on file system node i am creating a custom folder.
default location:targetdir\UPload
property:DATAFOLDER

how can i get the property in my c# code to reference that folder from my application. app.config is neccessary. how to get that property to reference that foleder.

plz help me.
