Hello Everyone i have new task where i have to gather printer related information for different printers such as for a particular User-id who has given how many print etc.I am just a college pass-out and don't have much programming experience. So please tell me where do i start. From my side i went and checked the log file in print server but from that i can't pull much information because there values for jobs's in queue keeps changing so.
