Hello I am doing my project on A genomic data warehouse where i have to compare 2 genes.
After that i want to perfoem blast, how am i going to conduct a blast?

how is blast be helpful for my project?
Is there any code where i can put it in my interface to make it run?

I assume you would have already learned the algorithm already, then translate this knowledge into code in order to implement your project. If in doubt about the algorithm, you should ask your teacher or conduct literature search.
