IIS7 Issue on changed Default Web site

Hi All,

i am update Default Web Site application when i changed the application, it's effecting other web application. the problem is i can not retrieve from database images if i restore Previous Default web site application then it's working. also i check the images path there is no any issue but it's not view please help about this. thank you
