TITLE: NOT able to  Connect to SQL Server


A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: -1)

this error occurs while starting the sql server
and the connection string is
SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(@"Integrated Security=SSPI;Persist Security Info=False;Initial Catalog=Demo_Tool;Data Source=GRAPHICS-02\SQLEXPRESS");

can u able to open the SQL Studio ? and run the query in server ??

No not able to open the studio that is the main issue

make sure that the server is running ?
check in the services
