Dear All,

I want a develop an application on IVR. Can anybody let me know what pre-requisite software / application required?

OR how can I start development an IVR Application using C# (VS.net 2010)?
My objective is;
Record incoming / outgoing calls
In case of incoming call, a sender (who made a call) can post his feedback like rating (worst / excellent)
