Modal Popup extender not showing when Page inner content populates through SP

HI All,

I have been experiencing a strange problem and have not found any solution till yet after googling alot.

I am using a popup extender on my page which have few dropdown lists and buttons in it.
data for populating the content is coming from a datatable being populated from an inline query. and popup is working fine in this case.


But if use Stored procedure in place of query and bind page data with SP's result and than try the popup. its not showing up. even in debugging there is no such problem.. remaining page content is populating well with SP's result. but just stopping the popup to show.

ANy idea or help would be highly appreciated.
