Hello! I've downloaded a program from the internet and I know it is either made in C# or VB or C++, it was made using visual studio since the icon is the VS' default icon.
I installed it and it uses an installer provided by the Visual Studio.
My question is:
where it is installed?
I tracked the icon in start menu and it shows that it is located in the start menu. (C:/Users:/XXX/AppData/Windows/StartMenu/etc..blablabla...
but the folder contains the shortcut only.

HELP!

So, right-click on the shortcut in the Start Menu, then click 'Properties, then click the "Open File Location" button.

Right-clicking on a shortcut in the Start Menu, and selecting 'Properties, opens a window with 5 tabs: the second tab, "Shortcut" should be selected by default. If you don't see that tab, and don't see an "Open File Location" button, then you have not selected a shortcut.
