i have a method whose cyclomatic complex of 146 how to reduce it..

I took your method with cyclomatic complexity of 146 and reduced it to 144 by subtracting 2 ;-)

Not a valid question since it depends on information you have not supplied, generally :

1) break your method down into smaller pieces.

or

2) rewrite your method with a simpler algorithm.

More that the above there is very little anybody can help you with further.
