How can you build a stopwatch?

Create a Gui looking like you imagine your stop watch.
Implement Features like pause/resume, start stop.

A valid answer to your question, no?

You see the Problem? Ask a better (more specific) question. Sounds like an easy thing to do if you know WPF and Timer, btw. there a TONS of examples for this on the Internet...
