my web redirects to advertising on a mobile device

when I open my website in pc its work correctly but, when I browse to the website on a mobile device it redirects you through an advertising link (c.mobpartner.mobi/?s=925523) to the Google play store.

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
