How to modify the Xs schema in xml document using c# asp.net

Hi,
i have facing some issue from xsd schema's used in xml file. i want to check if the xsd schema's specified element exist or not,the schema include in xml file. how to check the schema element in xml file and if not exist add new element in existing xml schema used xml file.

can anyone give me suggestion...
