Dropdown selected index change optimize

asp.net dropdown selected index change in which consecutive 4 drop down gets binded. It seams very slow.can i try below method to optimize or else is there any other way, Get Full collection in page load [5 drop downs complete collection from database] - workout the complete collection with linq or javascript Kindly advise

You ca go for CascadingDropDown[^].

Examples -
