There is no such thing as "best". To answer this question, you would need to define the predicate bool IsBetter(Language oneLanguage, Language anotherLanguage). Could you? I am sure you cannot. Better — for what?

Instead, do something useful. Learn at least some, some programming, some languages. Try out, feel it. Don't be afraid to do good amount of work. Think hard.

Yourself should decide and define " how much do i have to know about c# programming" and it solely depends on how much you need out of it as well as mastering it. Spend quality time on it , play around it, explore more, be curious.start loving it.
