I have this problem please find and verify it..

Solution 1

Have you tried looking into the provided path for the ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll assembly ? as the error is saying it can't find the assembly.

Solution 2

You should add the reference for AjaxconrolToolkit...
Goto Website menu -> select Add reference -> select Browse Tab -> select "ajaxcontrolToolkit.dll" file
