HI I am very new to vb.net , please help. i have requirement like . extracting data from excel sheet to adob.Recordset , after that i have to update each rows values to database.

my requirement is reading all data from excel sheet . ex excel sheet having 40000 rows, have to update each row values to database , please provide code

Well if you actually looked properly at the link I gave you, you would see that there is a sample project in VB.NET. If you want VBA then that is a totally different issue.
