i am new to this site.
i just want to create a chat messanger like liveperson chat messanger.
i have a aspx website which i want to connect with a windows form application.
can anybody tell m how should i start???

liveperon expert messanger is only used by expert and when user wants to chat with expert he chats with a website.i wanted to know how user is interacted with expert while user is on website and expert is chatting with windows form application....
