which technology should I learn first WPF or entity framework?

It all depends on what you want to achieve. The best thing to do is read some documentation on both subjects and decide from there.

Depends on what is your requirements, what you need to do, what you're supposed to do and so on. Both the technologies has their own relevance, So it's not necessary that for which you should go first.

Take a aim and pull an arrow towards it.
