How to remove a scroll bar from the data grid in wpf

hi,

i have a scroll bar present in the data grid when the data grid is empty. But when we add anything in the data grid ,the scroll bar disappears. so how to make the scroll bar disappear even when the the data grid is initially empty.

Please provide me a solution ?

Am using WPF(XAMl)
