Add Checkbox into DataGrid

Hello,
I am developing a web application in asp.net my query is as follows

I am using a datagrid control and i wana add check boxes into datagrid and the data in my datagrid comes from sqlserver so say for example if their are 1000 records comin from my database 1000 checkboxes must be added to each column of datagrid please help me out on this one earlier i tried this via some examples in google all examples were wrong showin exception during runtime
