how to set one time password

when a user login aspx page i want to logout after three minutes automatically and that password never works again

whether this can be done by using timer tool
and if not any other solution

and give me an example for this

please help me out friends

Please, read my comment to the question.

There is no difference between one-time password and any other type of password.

If you want to logout a user automatically after 3 minutes, set this password as inactive. That's all!
