RTC on WM6.0? Audio Codecs?

Is it possible to integrate RTC on a WM6 based device in C#?

Im trying to develop a VOIP application over just UDP-sockets but my transmission gets distorted and i get lots of echo on the other site...

What is the best way to encode your audio, I already imported the G.711 codec but the compression isen't enough.
