using sharepoint Designer workflow how to copy list items to another list in SharePoint 2010?

Hi all,

I have two list in sharepoint 2010 now I wanted to create a SharePoint Designer workflow to copy all items of first list in to he other list. it means any items created or updated there in this list A it should automtically copy all related data into list B. How can I do that any idea please
