I have one MasterPage in which i had Home,Employee Details,Admin Details,Project Manager.. etc tabs with Home tab is common for all and i want to enable and disable the pages and rights to the appropiate user as per his login....plz let me know how can i do this???????

Enable and disable means for example employee can only see the task details which are assigned to it not the main project details.etc......
