installed odac driver,and try connection but it gives error "oracle.DataAccess.dll" could not access from gac also i change the target framework from Any cpu to 64X and 86x but it still throwing same error

Solution 1

The proper answer is: to connect to Oracle database, you need to install proper ADO.NET provider[^], then to set proper connection[^] to your database. That's all!
