How to fix the browser problem in visual studio,not showing the controls in proper place.

I am new to asp.net. I am facing this problem. I put controls on webform and spend time to arrange them in suitable manner. But when I run the website, that controls in browser, are not in that place where I put them. All my designing goes wrong each time.

Please some body tell me what is the problem.
