P2P chat application fail

Hi guys, I wonder can anyone tell me, what is wrong. A bit about my history - I have never learned anything in any schools (programming etc) but several years ago I had to make a homepage, so in the internet I found then instructions, how to make it and was really successful about php, css ect. Now I need to make for my famely and friends one p2p application fot chatting etc. All the instructions find - I fail there. (I am using Visual Studio 2010) Can anyone give me a hand? (to say what to do about errors?
