Need Help with WCF Client Communicating with Host

Hello,

I'm trying to write my first WCF program but I can't get my client to communicate with the host. If I were to e-mail you my API Guide and my simple client VB.Net code could someone please tell me what I'm missing?

All help will be greatly appreciated
