We going to develop New Web Application after long analysis we came to Kendo & jquery Mobile framework and finalized JQM 1.4.2 and our targeted minimum browsers version are,

Mobile Browser

1.1 Internet Explorer 8 1.2 Firefox Mobile 18 1.3 Opera Mobile 11.5 1.4 UC Browser 1.5 Kindle 3 1.6 Safari 5-6

Desktop Browser 2.1Internet Explorer 8 2.2 Firefox Desktop 10 2.3.Safari Desktop 5 2.4 Chrome Desktop 16 2.5 Opera Desktop 10

I want to know whether i can implement all the JQM feature in IE 8 ?

There is requirement to capture image in mobile. So we plan to use silverlight for IE and HTML5 getusermedia for other browsers. Will silverlight support all IE browser to capture image ?
