save input as draft in asp.net

Hi
i have admin area , where there are multiple textbox and textarea, also i add textbox/textarea from javascript...

i need time to enter description in this textboxes.. so want to draft all entered data somewhere till i save..

and check for time ,and save as draft again after next 30 mins if no action taken place ..

how to do this in asp.net
