Best Way to learn web desgining

Hello everyone I want to design a website. But Everytime I create a design that design does not satisfied me.Every single design is so simple not like a professional website. I want to learn a web designing in a professional way. But I have no time to join a institute or coaching. I want to learn it online. Please guys help me to find any single website that is fully dedicated to the tutorial of web designing and that helps me to be a good designer.

All you have to do is keep learning regularly. Education Needed[^]

You should learn HTML & CSS first. And ~~Javascript~~ jQuery. Then learn to create N number of web templates, by that way you could learn more. Here check this for more

Well its totally on you how you imagine your website. Second it depends on what kind of website you want to design. Just like website for Banks will differ in design from website for hospitals.

There are lot many FREE CSS TEMPLATES available on the net. Go through their design just to get an idea on designing the websites.
