Barcode Print for Through USB Port

I can do the barcode print (Printer Name Zebra TLP 2844) through the LPT Port and fine work.
But not print the USB Port that is set default into printer option.

1. Start -> Devices and Printers.
2. Right click on Zebra TLP 2844 set this printer as default.
3. Right click and select Preferences, in the preferences dialog, select Orientation as Landscape, as shown in the figure below:

4. Right click and select Preferences, in the preferences dialog, click the advanced button. Check the following values are set in the dialog shown,
> Paper Size as 30256 Shipping,
> Print Quality as Barcodes and graphics,
> Print Density as Dark

5. Open Internet explorer. From the menu Select File -- > Page Setup. Set the following values in the dialog, as shown in the figure below:

o Set Paper Size to 30256 Shipping.
