How to get the directory path of a selected file using file upload control

I need path of the file present in my machine.
like as soon as I select the file using file upload control the text box should take the directory path of the file.
Please help me in this regard.

It's not clear! Do you want to know the path of the selected file (using input element with upload type)? Where on the client or on the server?

Do you mean uploaded path at the server where you were uploading to?
If not, you cannot access client file system.
