Is it possible to develop the windows application with electronic components like resistor,capacitor, Diode etc in visual studio.
If it is possible means kindly post the useful links.

But if "kindly post the useful links" means to code to do it, then you are probably out of luck: It doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to VWorker.com and ask there.
