How To Rewrie Url When I Click On Anchor Tag

Hi,

my page url is "indeed.co.in/Job/Jobs-In-Hyderabad.aspx" when i click on anchor tag my URL should change as "indeed.co.in/Jobs-In-Hyderabad.aspx" that means "/Job" should be removed from the url how can i approach
